Choose from two types of traditional Korean hot pot dishes: gamjatang, a rich-tasting dish made by simmering pork backbone and potatoes in a spicy soup, or kusa-nabe, a herb hot pot made with seasonal leafy vegetables and served with a carefully made broth based on Hwaja-ya's special vegetables! Main hot pot: Choose from 2 types of hot pot: Japanese or Korean

Japan: Grass hotpot

Please choose your main ingredient from pork belly or seafood (clams, shrimp with head, octopus)

A hearty kusa nabe (pot of fresh green vegetables) with a carefully made stock based on Fajaya's special vegetables.

Korea: Gamjatang

Gamjatang is a traditional Korean hotpot dish made with pork backbone and potatoes.

It looks bright red, but it is made with Korean miso (doenjang) and garlic.

Even if you don't like spicy food, it's okay!

*When making a reservation, if you choose two types of hotpot and grass hotpot, please also choose pork belly/seafood and write it in the message.
